Job Advertisement: Blacksmith with Welding and Mechanical Assembly Experience

Our client in Finspång is looking for reinforcement in the form of a blacksmith with experience in welding and mechanical assembly.

About the Position

Start: The need is immediate and the start date will be agreed upon.
Full-time, daytime on-site in Finspång.
Temp-to-Perm: Employment begins with us with the aim for the right person to transition to a direct employment with our client after six months.

Job Description

The work is varied and takes place both in the workshop and on-site with the client. Tasks may include welding frames for buildings, welding railings, or welding new platforms in industry. You will be welding in various materials and using different methods with a focus on quality in execution and results. The job also includes mechanical work and assembly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is handy, practically inclined, and wants to broaden their skills.

For this position, it is experience and attitude that matter most, rather than education. There is no requirement for welding licenses as the client company covers them.

Requirements:

• Driver's license and own car
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Forklift and overhead crane certification

You have at least a couple of years of experience in similar work from workshops, maintenance, welding, and/or mechanics.
